Gloves-cool Grip High Heat Silicone Strips 600deg F L/xl

This Superior Glove is salt and pepper string-knit glove with heat-resistant silicone strips. This 7-gauge single-layer glove is the perfect balance between high-heat resistance and dexterity. This glove is made from a special high bulk yarn, with great heat hold out. This glove was tested for a time to pain of 19 seconds at 600 °F (315 °C).

This yarn also provides impressive cut resistance with 1493 g (ANSI level A3) of cut protection. Silicone strips are lined across the palm and finger tips to greatly enhance thermal properties and abrasion resistance. These strips are strategically placed to increase the life of the glove and are contoured to the shape of the hand as to not impede freedom of movement while providing additional grip.

The curved, ergonomic shape makes this glove unusually comfortable for a high-heat glove. To limit the risk of allergic reactions, all of our Canadian-made gloves are now crafted with latex-free materials. Applications are laboratory, foundry, glass plants, working with ovens and injection molding.
